Big news! My album Neoclassica Vol. 2 has been named “International Male Album of the Year” at the 2025 ISSA Awards in Atlanta, Georgia.

This year’s competition was record-breaking — over 30,000 submissions from around the world, and only 95 winners across all categories. The ISSA Awards is now officially recognized by the Recording Academy / GRAMMYs®, making this achievement even more special.

For me, this victory is more than just a trophy — it’s proof that music connects people everywhere. I’m proud to see neoclassical music gaining recognition on the global stage.

I’m pleased to share that the short film COZEN directed by S. Joe Downing and featuring my original music, has been officially selected and honored at several prestigious international film festivals. Credited under my professional alias Synthezx, I served as the sole composer for the film’s original score, which played a vital role in shaping its emotional tone and artistic depth.

The International Singer Songwriters Association (ISSA) Awards 2025 celebrates exceptional musical talent, with finalists selected through a rigorous nomination process and over 50,000 fan votes. I’m thrilled to share that my album Neoclassica Vol.2 has been named a finalist in this prestigious competition. The winners will be chosen by a distinguished panel of past gold-level recipients and announced at the live awards ceremony on August 23, 2025, at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia, home of the BMI Awards.

My Neoclassical album "Neoclassica vol.2" earned a bronze award in the "Albums" category at the Global Music Awards. I'm deeply grateful to the organizers for this opportunity and for including me in the event.

This year I became a finalist in one of the world's largest competitions in the category "Singer/Songwriter". The song "Way back home" was recorded with my vocalist Ilya Kasatkin and took an honorable place among a huge number of competitors from different countries. The 2024 InterContinental Music Awards showcased outstanding global talent across a spectrum of genres and artists..

The article is devoted to the study of the role and influence of music on attracting the attention of the target consumer to the film (using the example of music in the trailer). The place of the trailer in the system of PR communications of the film is highlighted, and the high complementary role of music in the trailer is clarified. It is emphasized that music allows you to attract the viewer's attention to the trailer or its moments, create an atmosphere and mood, evoke certain emotional reactions, enhance the effect of the visual series or play on a specific target audience. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the music in the trailer really allows you to expand the communicative field that arises when watching a film. Music resonates in a person, evokes certain feelings and moods, which has a positive effect on attracting attention to the finished work.

Composer and pianist Anton Levin is a guest of the Musical Klondike. In our conversation we touched upon the topics of working on music for advertising and films, technological development in the world of music and Anton Levin's new album.

I took part and won first place in writing a sound track with a limited set of sounds for a video provided by the famous brand Gothic Toolwork. This competition was created by DAN GRAHAM, co-owner of the Kontakt-based software company Gothic Instruments which makes the Dronar series, own trailer music label Gothic Storm. The other day there was an interview with me where I discuss the fact that artificial intelligence cannot replace the unique self-expression of a composer. While technology can help create music, true depth and emotion only comes from people. I see the potential of AI in learning and improving technical aspects, but I emphasize that true creativity comes from human feelings and experiences.

I am the winner in Common Scoring Competition for writing music for a short film "Alone At Last" with the participation of a fairly famous actor Hanno Friedrich . This competition was organized by cool composers from Germany Andreas Dormann and Martin Heidenreich. Winner Announcement

The article is called "ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MUSIC. ITS IMPACT ON THE MUSIC INDUSTRY IN THE FUTURE" in which I tried to explore in more detail the question of the impact of AI on the future in the arts. Based on the knowledge base I gained, in my opinion the topic is ambiguous. As a general conclusion, I think it is too early to talk about total AI control, but progress does not stand still and in the future everything may change dramatically.

My article "BASIS OF EQUALIZATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MUSIC MIXING IN HEADPHONES: PRACTICAL ASPECT" was published in the scientific and methodological journal "Music and Electronics" issue 4 quarter 2023. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire editorial staff of the journal, especially to the director of the journal, candidate of art history and member of the Union of Moscow Composers, Elena Orlova!

My article "DIGITAL INSTRUMENTS IN THE ACTIVITY OF A MUSICIAN: ASSESSMENT OF PROSPECTS AND RISKS OF APPLICATION IN THE CREATIVE PROCESS" was published in the International scientific journal INNOVATIVE SCIENCE issue april 2023. In this article I tried to do a little research in the field of using new technologies, musical instruments, specialized programs in writing music, even in a "remote format".
